Vincent

General Manager

Before joining Biopharma Scientific, Vincent had worked in the bakery industry for 6 years as General Plan Manager for Jacques Gourmet. During these years he oversaw the Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Production, Warehouse and Maintenance departments. His duties included facilitating audits from both governmental agencies (USDA, NOP) and various private companies. He also conducted audits of co-packers to insure their compliance with respect to product specifications and quality assurance. Previous to his career here in the States, Vincent, who is originally from France, worked as a Quality Control Manager for Boncola Pilpa, an ice cream company in France. There he was in charge of the implementation of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and ISO9001 Norms. Vincent possesses a Master's degree in food engineering from Institute of Food Technology of Bordeaux. Vincent has lived in San Diego since September 2000 with his wife and two kids. They all share the same passion for surfing.
